ACTV PERFORMANCE MODEL

Group Training at ACTV Strength Co. Ashmore goes far beyond the standard, our training is inclusive and accessible to all fitness levels.

The specific, progressive and systemised group training program is built on the ACTV Performance Model.  Our program provides plenty of variety with enough structure to ensure results.

Our program is intelligently designed to keep you training everyday. Monday, Wednesday & Friday have a greater emphasis on Force whilst still retaining Fitness elements. Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday sees the focus move to Fitness training. Form & Flexibility are a constant part of every ACTV Strength Co. session.

  • Progressive and purpose driven, our Force classes provide the structure necessary to actually make you stronger and more powerful.

    In class we use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and bodyweight at different speeds, loads, volumes and in different ways with an overall objective of building lean muscle mass.

    These classes will have you looking great and feeling even better, taking your strength and body composition goals to the next level.

  • Our Fit classes just hit different. Thoughtfully designed using several proven methods these classes are designed to ensure you get the most out of your training.

    You will sweat and at times you will hurt but most importantly you will Improve. In these classes our overall objective is to improve both your anaerobic and aerobic capacity.

    Our Fit classes will take that calorie burn to the next level.

  • Our Fusion classes have it all – a mix between both Fit and Force. Fusion always has the perfect mix depending on what stage we are at in our 12-week program.

    With progression always in mind we use these classes to either speed you up or slow you down so you can remain training on another level.

    As a lifelong athlete and current player in QLD's top women's AFL division, I know firsthand the transformative power of fitness for your body and mind. I love everything health, sport and fitness. I am always learning, growing and finding ways to push my limits. My mission is to ignite that same passion in you and build a community of like-minded individuals striving to be better!

    Together, we'll take your health and fitness goals to the next level with a unique program tailored to bring out your inner athlete!

    I've been surrounded by elite sports for as long as I can remember, and I'm still playing AFL at the top level in QLD. Being outdoors and staying active is a huge part of who I am, and I am always striving to perform at the top level.

    I love helping people and I'm excited to bring my passion to ACTV Ashmore and create a community that's all about striving for greatness and pushing your fitness limits. I'm here to share my experience and knowledge to help you take your health and fitness to the next level.
